Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of a core migration project. This includes planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring successful migration with minimal disruption to business operations. The role will also require close engagement with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Proven experience managing large-scale system or core platform migration projects

2.      Strong project planning, governance, and stakeholder management

3.      Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors

4.      Strong risk, issue, and dependency management

5.      Excellent communication and reporting skills

Key Requirements

1.      Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology /Computer Engineering or any related field

2.      Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience

3.      Proven experience managing large-scale system or core platform migration projects

4.      Strong experience in project planning, governance, and stakeholder management

5.      Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners

6.      Strong risk, issue, and dependency management

7.      Experience in project reporting and executive-level communication

8.      Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile would be an advantage

Preferrable work before in financial industry/insurance
