WHO we are looking for:

·       PMP qualification or equivalent.

·       Experience of working in a SaaS environment

·       Experience in managing project team for least 5 years

·       Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects.

·       Proven experience of Microsoft applications.

·       Proven experience in managing training related workstreams or projects will be advantages

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

·       Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

·       Manages own and others workload.

·       Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong area.

WHAT you will be doing;

·       Achieves profitability and customer satisfaction on projects through astute commercial management

·       Develop, build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve project objectives.

·       Produce management reports through relevant tools to provide up to date information on project progress.

·       Produce required project documentation to enable successful project outcomes.

·       Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are adhered to.

·       Compliance with Projects Practice lifecycle to ensure best practice.

·       Typically responsible for projects between RM 100K to 1 Mil project value.

·       Act in accordance with company Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
