Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into clear documentation that supports the design, development, and delivery of effective solutions. This role plays a key part in improving business efficiency, supporting decision-making, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

● Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

● Translate business needs into clear documentation such as Business requirement documents (BRD), Functional requirement specifications (FRD), User stories, use cases, and process flows

● Develop and present comprehensive end-to-end user journeys for each product, starting from initial client engagement through to successful onboarding.

● Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

● Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

● Support solution design by ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and feasible.

● Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification during development.

● Validate implemented solutions against business requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

● Act as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams.

● Maintain proper documentation and ensure changes are tracked and communicated effectively.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Involvement as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

● Familiarity with requirement gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and process mapping.

● Ability to clearly document and communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Understanding of Web3 basics (wallets, tokens, smart contracts, etc.).

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

● Familiarity with wireframing or diagramming tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Lucidchart).

● Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools for work efficiency.
