Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead and coordinate teams to deliver innovative fintech and blockchain-integrated products. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and business teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time. A strong understanding of Web2 + Web3 integration and the ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency are key advantages.

Responsibilities

 Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams.

 Translate business and technical needs into clear documentation and workflows.

 Use Figma, Notion, Jira, or Confluence for planning and wire framing.

 Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to boost productivity and documentation quality.

 Consolidate feedback, track issues, and provide clear progress reports.

 Identify risks early and ensure projects stay on track.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

 2+yearsofproject management experience (Fintech or blockchain preferred).

 Understanding of Web3basics (wallets, tokens, smart contracts, etc.).

 Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (both written and spoken).

 Excellent follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

 Proficient in Figma, Jira, or Trello.

 Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools for work efficiency.
