Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct solution research, R&D, and conceptualization based on industry best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to define resource plans and align with project timelines.
• Plan, gather, analyze, and manage business and system requirements.
• Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Monitor project status, manage documentation, and support user testing activities.
• Collaborate with business development teams to define solution scopes.
• Ensure deliverables are met within scope, time and budget as well as adhering to quality standards.
• Support team growth through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

 Who We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or 
equivalent fields.
• Graduate of a reputable local or international university with minimum 2nd class upper honours.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and writing skills in English.
• Strong grasp of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders confidently.

Experience Level:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably in an enterprise software or BFSI domain.
• Strong background in enterprise solution implementation is required.
