Job Overview:
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the IT head or team in the facilitation,
coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of each marketing
project for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management and
problem- solving ability.

1. Maintain high quality products with participation in code review and design reviews.
2. Build high quality products and contribute important impacts on our product roadmap planning.
3. Propose and implement solutions/products with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring, Python and Shell Scripts
4. Provider guidance to Junior and suggestion to other colleagues with deep understanding of technology stacks
5. Propose better software architecture with the right design pattern in a suitable situation.
6. Provide in depth support to Technical Support Analyst
7. Work with front end team to build a high performance, user friendly and stable web product.
8. Solving puzzles from clients’ feedback and logs to find out the real cause.
9. Research on up-to-date technology stacks to continue bring better performance and higher quality products to stakeholders.
10. Write down documentations for different technology and knowledge to share knowledge among everyone.
11. Provide insight for database performance and stability.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree / Professional Certificates in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering, etc).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in full stack web development.
• Familiar with Java, JavaScript, SQL and Shell Scripts.
• Familiar with Unix/Linux environment.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of and practical experience with Java Web based application development.
• Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, and design patterns.
• Experience in using Spring & Hibernate in programming works is highly preferred.
• Familiar with different source control tools.
• Good knowledge of microservices is an added advantage.
• Experience in database performance tuning and query enhancement is an added advantage.
• Experience in dev-ops relevant tasks is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on interface/API is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with customers and identify adoption barriers and put forth plans to address these issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skill
• Basic SQL and relational databases (MySQL, IBM DB2).
• Required language: English. Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environment.
