Job Summary
Support in performing system testing, data migration, system enhancement and process improvement of the department; support in data analysis and reporting

Key responsibilities
a. Supports the team in User Acceptance Test (UAT), system testing for new product launch, system enhancement, project, data 
migration and initiatives as and when required for on-boarding process
b. Support in improving system automation, projects and initiatives for operations support department
c. Support in regular system monitoring, reporting, data collection and data analysis for operations support department
d. Any other duties as and when deemed necessary

Key requirements
a. Bachelor Degree in Science, Computer Science, Acturial 
Science, Engineering of any discipline, or equivalent
b. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
c. Quick learner with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. 
d. Good interpersonal and communications skills
