Job Summary
Managing system project, leading in system testing, data migration, system enhancement and process improvement of the department; support in data analysis and post performance monitoring

Key responsibilities
a. Managing the system enhancement and process improvement of the department to ensure the department’s end to end 
process is robust and effective
b. Lead and drive user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing for new product launch, system enhancement, project, data 
migration and initiatives as and when required for on-boarding process
c. Support in improving system automation, projects and initiatives for underwriting department
d. Support in regular system monitoring, reporting, data collection and data analysis for underwriting department
e. Any other duties as and when deemed necessary

Key requirements
a. Bachelor Degree in Science, Computer Science, 
Engineering of any discipline, or equivalent
b. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
c. Quick learner with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. 
d. Good interpersonal and communications skills
e. Minimum 5 years of expérience in related rôle is required
