1. Job Summary
Background: Experience with campus management systems.
Implement campus management system for clients i.e Universities, Colleges, Schools with assistance from the principal of the software.
Conduct presales/demo of the campus management system, assess and capture client’s requirements. This involves providing technical and functional assessment, consult and advise potential client as to business flows for campus management.
Translate requirements into technical specs, liaise with the development team for Change Requests and be the project coordinator until the project is completed and ensure the first level support is maintained for clients;
2. Job Scope and Key Responsibilities
a. Independently conduct research to understand and assess pain points in client’s business
c. Help the Business Development Manager in proposals – therefore writing and Powerpoint development skills is VERY IMPORTANT.
3. Candidate's Requirement
a. Minimum years of experience: 5 years;
b. Experience with campus / school management system is a big PLUS;
c. IT and systems knowledge especially project implementation, milestones and sign-off.
