Role:
Ensuring day-to-day support and administration, operation, and development of the ServiceNow platform
Participating in designing automated workflows using REST API, Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, in line with established standards to improve both IT & business processes across on the ServiceNow
Engaging in dialogue with the business to understand objectives, discussing technical possibilities, and solution design whilst ensuring requirements specification
Working with the product owner, scrum master, process specialists and other cross-functional stakeholders to guide and co-create development tasks while supporting and sharing knowledge with the Service Now Team and users
Supporting HR and Business Service organisation in digitalisation processes.
To succeed in the role, you:
Have a proactive and systematic approach to your work, with strong problem investigation and resolution skills
Have knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and structural programming concepts as well as Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
Preferably have prior experience with ServiceNow development and have worked with ‘forms’ and workflows before
Are a team player with a customer and results-oriented mindset as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment
Can leverage IT service management best practices and operate the ServiceNow platform as a shared service on behalf of the organisation
Are fluent in both written and oral English.
