Job Description:

1. Define and prepare the following documents
2. Responsibility for driving forward the company test strategy
3. Define and prepare the following documents:
   a. Requirement review checklist
   b. Requirement Traceability Matrix
   c. Test plan
   d . Test Scenario and Test Case
4. Consolidate & Analyze Metrics for all Test Phases
5. Perform Causal analysis of all defects raised during various types of testing, especially the escaped defects.
   Perform Test Phase Quality Review along with all impacted stakeholders

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the testing field.
3. Strong analytical skills to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and perform effective test coverage.
4. Familiarity with Agile and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
5. Proficient in technical testing, including test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
   Excellent planning skills to organize testing activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Attention to detail and ability to create neat and comprehensive test reports.
7. Familiarity with testing tools such as JMP.
8. Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing responsibilities
