We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven intern to join our excellent team. The intern will complete all tasks assigned by the team, which may include conducting market research, participating in meetings, social media strategies, sales, business operations and campaigns. You will need multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both clients and internal teams. You’ll need to work closely with all the departments, be able to take instruction, but also able to work unsupervised when required. To be a successful intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. JOB DESCRIPTION - Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks. - Conducting desktop research, or gathering information by speaking to clients and staff. - Attending and participating in meetings. - Taking down meeting minutes, point system & points allocation. - Liaising with clients, talents, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers. - Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions. - Prepare business paper/proposals for presentation and discussion. - To assist the team in planning and executing marketing activities, events, and brand campaigns.
