Job Description
1. You will work closely with the pre-sales and technical team to understand the services and solutions from the company – and work to generate leads and match customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. 2. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs 3. Report on the status of accounts and transactions 4. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Required: 1. At least over 3 -4 years of sales and business development for enterprise application systems especially in the FSI sector (Financial Services Industry), particularly in insurance. 2. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have an aptitude for customer service 3. Must be able to write proposals for software solutions, involving pricing structure, aligning solution to customer requirements, understand milestones and project implementation in the proposal of solutions. 4. Must be able to handle sales presentations and possess basic understanding of finance and business processes. 5. Must be able to convey client requests and requirements to internal team in details.
