Job Description
The Role: The incumbent is responsible assisting the IT head or team in the facilitation, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of each marketing project for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. Job Responsibilities: The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management and problem-solving ability. 1. Build high quality product and contribute important impacts on our product roadmap planning. 2. Propose and implement solutions/product with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring, Python and Shell Scripts 3. Provide in depth support to Technical Support Analyst 4. Work with front end team to build a high perform, user friendly and stable web product. 5. Solving puzzles from clients’ feedbacks and logs to find out the real cause. 6. Write down documentations for different technology and knowledge to share knowledges among everyone. 7. To assist the team in testing and debugging the websites to improve their speed, scalability and usability across multiple browsers, devices and according to web standards. 8. To monitor website performance, to look out for traffic drops related to site usability issues and to rectify them. Education & Experience: 1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Certificates in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering, etc) 2. At least 2- 3 year of relevant experience in full stack web development. 3. Familiar with Java, JavaScript and SQL. 4. Candidate should possess a good understanding of and practical experience with Java Web based application development. 5. Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience. 6. Experience in using Spring & Hibernate in programming works are highly preferred. 7. Familiar with different source control tools. 8. Experience in database and SQL an added advantage. 9. Knowledge on Billing/charging interface/API is an added advantage. 10. Ability to work with customers and identify adoption barriers and put forth plans to address these issues. 11. Excellent analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills. 12. Willing to go extra mile to get job done at high standard. 13. Language(s): English, Malay & Mandarin as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. 14. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
