Job Description
We are looking for energetic, motivated, high achieving, confident, sales-oriented Business Development Executive to develop new business accounts and generate revenue from existing clients. This position will be suited for independent self-starter with a proven sales track record. You should be target driven with a passion to meet customers requirements. Ability to manage the entire sales process from beginning to end. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill. Your Responsibilities Includes: Deliver effective proposals and solutions by having a thorough understanding of clients and merchants needs Constantly seek for opportunities in growing client and merchant sales and maintaining the relationship by providing dynamic coordination Follow up with clients and merchants’ needs with customise strategies and ensure that requests are delivered in a timely manner Assist & manage merchants’ tech & operations queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails Document merchant support processes and FAQs, assist to set up at merchant’s outlet and work on continuous process improvement Work closely with the whole team especially Head of Business Development to manage merchant expectations Contributing to inter-departmental coordination, brainstorming and tasks. This Role Requires: Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in technology driven business development/sales/partnership operations Tech savvy, dynamic and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments with a great sense of communication, both verbally and in writing. Self-starter, natural born leader that is able to coach and grow a team of diverse individuals. Confident to take on new challenges and communicate via different channels including spontaneous interactions. Good understanding of business start-ups and a passion for entertainment and lifestyle related activities.
