How to edit the profile photo at Jobsncandidates?

You can add, change, and edit the visibility of your JobsnCandidate profile photo at any time from the introduction to your profile. To add or change your profile photo:
  1. Click the My icon at the top of your JobsnCandidate
  2. Click View profile.
  3. Click on your profile photo in your introduction card.
    • You can also click the Edit icon in your introduction card, and then click the Edit icon on your profile photo to access the photo editing page.
  4. In the Profile photo pop-up window, you can:
    • Edit your profile photo with photo filters.
    • Change the position and size by dragging the photo.
    • Choose what your preview photo will look like.
    • Change your profile photo by clicking Change photo, selecting an image from your library, and then clicking Apply. Learn more about photo specifications.
    • Edit the visibility of your photo.
  5. Click Apply.

iOS

To add or change your profile photo:
  1. Tap your profile picture.
  2. On your profile, tap your profile photo near the top of the screen.
  3. From here, you can:
    • Edit your profile photo with photo filters.
    • Change the position and size by tapping and drag the photo to position it within the circle. You can pinch to zoom in or out.
    • Change your profile photo by tapping the  Camera icon and selecting Photo to take a new photo, or choose a picture from your photo library.
    • Edit the visibility of your photo.
  4. Tap Save.

Android

To add or change your profile photo:
  1. Tap your profile picture.
  2. On your profile, tap your profile photo near the top of the screen.
  3. From here, you can:
    • Edit your profile photo with photo filters.
    • Change the position and size by tapping and drag the photo to position it within the circle. You can pinch to zoom in or out.
    • Edit the visibility of your photo.
    • Change your profile photo by tapping the  Camera icon, then selecting Take a new photo or Select from the gallery.
  4. Tap Save

Image Upload Issues

If you can’t upload an image, here are a few troubleshooting options:
  • The maximum size of the image is 50 pixels wide by 50 pixels high, so be sure that the contents of your image are readable at this size. Maximum image size is 2MB.
  • Save the image in a different file format (.jpg, .gif, or .png) before uploading again.
  • Clear the cache & cookies from your browser and then try uploading the image.
  • Try uploading it in a different browser. Use the most current version of any of these browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer.
  • Upload your image on a different computer.

Our website simply a medium registration platform, divided between the employer, candidate and freelancer, the function categorize as follow:
Employer – Post jobs and employ.
Candidate – Post resumes and gets employ.

No, it is totally free.

How to upload your profile photo?

To upload your profile photo:

  1. Login to your Jobsncandidates.com account.
  2. Go to the user drop-down menu.
  3. Select “My Profile”.
  4. In profile Image click on “Browse”.
  5. Follow the instructions given to upload your photo.

Your photo must be:

  • Photo format must be in JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) or GIF (.gif) format. The extension of your file should then be .gif or .jpg or .png. For example myphoto.gif or myphoto.jpg.
  • The recommended dimension of the photo: 150 (W) x 150 (H) pixels. (too big- Recommended 50 (W) pixels by 50 (H) pixels) Maximum image size is 2MB.

Profile Photo Guidelines and Conditions

We provide you with the opportunity to add a photograph to your profile to help others recognize you. Your photo can be removed by JobsnCandidate if your profile image doesn’t include your likeness or a headshot photo. Some examples of photos that shouldn’t be used are:

  • Landscapes
  • Animals
  • Company Logos
  • Words or phrases

All photos must comply with our User Agreement. If we remove your photo, you can upload a different photo of yourself to remedy this situation. If we remove your photo 3 times, you won’t be able to upload a photo to your profile again. You can also:

What are the privileges of candidate account?

With this account, candidates can post up to 5 resumes, together with 5 cover letters. Alternatively, there are sign-up benefits which have listed as follow:

  1. You may apply for any suitable job posted on Jobsncandidate.
  2. You may also get and earn a fee of MYR50 when you are being successfully recruited.
  3. Additionally, you get more exposure by posting your video resume with us, and earn extra with redemption coupon/voucher when employer successfully hire you from the video posting.

How to register as candidate from the platform?

Step 1: Sign-Up

Username: username cannot be used twice or repeat

Email: mail address must be different from others platform use from candidate and freelancer

Password: Password must be 8 characters above

Confirm Password: retype confirm password I am a candidate looking for a job; choose this option as employer

Verify Captcha: Enter the captcha number

Tick the box: I agree with the Terms of use

Note: After successfully registered, the portal will automatic and navigate you directly to the login page for sign-in, no email verification required.

Step 2: Edit My Profile

Input the personal information details to create exposure for head-hunter.

Step 3: Prepare Resume

Mandatory resume in DOCX format before posting a video Resume

Step 4: Edit Resume Details:

Education/ Work Experience/ Summary Skill:

—– Preview – Resume must be preview before save

—- Save – Save resume before proceeding to create video resume.

Input the personal information details to create exposure for head-hunter.

Step 5: Post Video Resume

Please read Terms and Conditions carefully before uploading your video resume. Your video resume will be approved by website administrator before being published. You can delete your video resume whenever you want or send email to management@jobsncandidates.com when you want your video resume to be unpublished.

How to register as employer from the platform?

Step 1: Sign-Up

Username: username cannot be used twice or repeat

Password: Password must be 8 characters above

Confirm Password: retype confirm password I am an employer looking to hire; choose this option as employer

Verify Captcha: Enter the captcha number

Note: After successfully registered, the portal will create your company profile page automatically and navigate you directly to the page for input purposes, no email verification required.

What are the privileges of employer account?

The registration is completely free of charge with unlimited jobs posting.

Once employer successfully recruits a candidate from this platform, we will send out notification and confirmation, and a minimum fee would be incurred in order to continue the service for employer.

Video Resume

How to create a video resume?

Candidates are required to complete the placement of the written resume before a video resume can be created. You can create one after the registration and placement of your written CV and eligible to upload your video resume. Our operation team will approve it before publishing it online.

What is video resume?

It is a complimentary and bonus points to create self-introductory video to present yourself to employers, video resume helps you to get high chances for prospective employers to review and find you.
